The ABSA Towers in Braamfontein underwent a transformative upgrades and renovations, spearheaded by a collaboration between Monocibe's 'One' Range of Italian tiles, AMA Architects, D12 Interiors, and Exquisite Tiling.
This ambitious project aimed to revitalize the building into a vibrant mixed-use space that serves both the community and commercial needs. The Monocibe 'One' Range, featuring tiles in 600 x 600 and colors including Blaco, Gris, and Anthracite, were chosen for its contemporary cement look, perfectly complementing the modern aesthetic of the redevelopment. The building now boasts 20 floors of affordable residential units, offering comfortable living spaces for residents. Additionally, a floor dedicated to coffee shops, restaurants, and recreational facilities provides a bustling hub for social interaction and leisure activities. ABSA Bank occupies nine floors of the redeveloped building, with 10,000m² of modern office space, demonstrating a commitment to the revitalization of the area.
